It works great and easy to use. ALTHOUGH, It doesnât seem to be as well (solid) built as the same Kenmore (size and power) that I purchase in 2012.ALTHOUGH, from what I can tell from reading all the reviews from similar size and power microwavesâ¦that seems to be the case with ALL low-end models.It also makes a noticeable âvibrationâ noise when started and repeats on and off when running. THIS does NOT bother me. ALTHOUGH, I am glad that I purchased the extended warranty.On the plus sideâ¦.You can disable the child-lock AND the notification beeper is not too loud. I read in reviews for other manufacturesâ models that the beeper can be very loud.In closing, it works, although I have my doubts that it will perform in the long run.

The microwave is smaller but itâs super. The measurements were spot on. It sits low in a very tight spot in our kitchen. Things are heating up and cooking better than the model we used to have. We love it. Great brand. Great model. Highly recommend this one for tighter kitchens.

Dangerous product
This product was sold and delivered by Amazon. The box was delivered in rough condition. The microwave did not work the door did not even shut correctly. It gave a FAIL message and started smoldering. It was thrown into the dumpster. Amazon refuse to refund my money, stating they want me to dig through the dumpster and take a picture of it. It was a gift to someone else in another city. They are demanding that I send them a picture because they know that I cannot because I told them I am not able to do so, and then are acting like I’ve done something wrong. I would give you ZERO stars on this product and the delivery and the customer service. That will be the last time.
