Great parchment paper
It arrived in perfect condition and I really like the box that these are stored in, it keeps them nice and flat. They seem to be plenty thick, and one of the sides has more of a slick nonstick surface. Very easy to put into my larger sheet pans, and if you fold it in half it fits beautifully into the smaller ones as well.The paper itself does not fit exactly perfectly in the bottom of the sheet pan, but I donât think it will make a huge difference.

Perfect for making homemade patties
we purchased these items because we process our own deer meat and we take the ground meat and make them into hamburger patties. these have made the freezing process so much easier. Especially being a busy mom of 2 kids and always on the go, I don’t have to take the extra time to separate the frozen patties from each other. They no longer stick together and they de-thaw in no time. I highly recommend.

Keeps Everything Tidy
Use it for pressing and seperating burger patties. I measure my patties at 160 grams, I put a sheet of the parchment paper on the bottom of the meatball, one on the top, then press with my burger press. Works great. I freeze my patties and then vacuum pack. I noticed one review stated that the paper stuck to the patties. Let me just say this has NOT been my experience. The paper does not stick at all after thawing your patties.

How easy to grab and keep pans clean while cooking 4 vegies and 2 meat trays for homemade tv dinners in one oven ! I, also, put them on top of oven recipes that need to be covered but not tightly. You can make muffin liners easily, pompano in papilla, the list goes on- all with no aluminum .

I have been using this brand of parchment paper for 5 years now, nothing sticks, keeps the pans clean. Love that it comes in convenient pre-cut sheets that fit my pans. No more fighting with curling paper that won’t lay flat.I only gave this review 4 stars because they changed the outer package size and the sheets are now folded in half. It makes easier to store but now I fight with a crease. OK when making cookies, not ok when using on my heat press. PLEASE go back to full size outer box.
