I wanted these for meal prep of baked comfort food items to control portion. Tought dishes like mac and cheese, pot pies would work well for weight control in the smaller personal size. These are 5 inches and solid. With all the complaints from other brands about dented suply I questioned if these were really as good as the reviews.These pans are perfect. Nice weight of foil. Not flemsy at all, but best of all was the packing solid corrugated cardboard to prohibit dented supplies like the other brands. Then they are tightly packed to support each other and shrink wrapped in plastic. Can’t wait to put up some mac and cheese on pot pies.

I bake and sell at a farmers market. I bought these for pies. They do not have much of a lip around the top, but still work, esp. with crumb top pies. However, they are perfect for my large, and very popular, cinnamon rills.
