great for peeling apples and pears… shorter narrow blades are easy to control so you keep more fruit and that’s a good thing with todays prices. The red ones are easy to find in a cluttered space and the blade was sharp and took well to being stropped…. slides under the apple peel perfectly… enjoy!

These are small and sharp
I have small hands, so these little knives work great for me. The handles are a bit cheap. No grip like silicone to hold on to but I have no problems using them. They are very sharp which for a cheaper grade of knife is very surprising. Iâm not sure they will last a long time but they were purchased to put in my camper for paring vegetables. The color would not be my favorite choice, however, I donât mind the color especially if they work well. I hope they are durable enough to last through many camping seasons because I really like them.
