Incredibly Easy to Use!!
I used this muffin pan to make blueberry muffins, without pan liners or greasing the pan in any way – after cooking, when I tipped the pan upside down every muffin just fell out. The slight residue just rinsed off. The muffins cooked evenly – the “pan” is great!The silicon pan withstood a 400 degree oven without any problem, but here are a couple of suggestions:- Silicon lacks rigidity, so place it on a cookie sheet for easy handling.- Silcon cools quickly, so just wait a couple of minutes before trying to remove the muffins.The product works great and is easy to use!

Dye may get into food
Worked great but the dye from the silicone seeped in the food. I washed the product thoroughly and when I made egg bites and they were grey.

OutSIDEs of the Cupcakes don’t brown …
The 2 middle cupcakes outSIDES do not brown at all, only the tops & bottoms do. The others that are on the perimeter will brown only on the outSIDES of the cupcakes. The inner “sides” won’t brown at all. And … the bottoms will brown a lot faster than the tops so be careful. I placed the muffin pans on an aluminum cookie sheet to bake.

Make baking easy!
These silicon cupcake pans (they come as a set of two) are very easy to use. The only issue I found was that they are very floppy and really should have a cookie sheet or something else stiff to support them. The size was just right, and the bake times were as expected. The BEST thing about them (aside from tasting what you made) is the clean up. Just a quick swish with a soapy sponge, and you’re done! I can’t wait to try more recipes with these pans!
