This commercial can opener described as being very durable broke after a few uses. I bought it to use in a sorority house commercial kitchen. We received it in March and only used it a few times before school ended in April. We just reopened for the Fall semester and went to use it and it broke. The sharp part that opens the can completely broke off. It should have a warranty but Amazon will not assist me in giving me the information and told me the 3rd party company has no phone number and is from another country!!! I’m so tired of Amazon not standing behind the products it sells on its site and I’m sick of them doing business with these foreign companies but not mentioning it on their site.

I bought a new can opener instead of new blade etc….. this is the most difficult product to use….. hard to turn the handle and doesn’t cut properly…. need knife to finish…. the part that does cut leaves shavings in food

Cheap! Stripped out after 2 days
Upon installation I noticed this was very cheaply made. It was for a high school football concession stand. After only 2 games, it has stripped out completely and is unusable. Of course, the return window has closed.

OK for a month.
After about the first month this opener produces metal shavings while opening every can. This is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately I have passed the return deadline so I am stuck with it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this item.
