Works great and roomy.
I don’t have a lot of counter space. This drain you can put it sideways or the long way and adjust the drain arm to go in the sink. It drains great preventing that brown film build up at the bottom. I have had none. As you wash you see the water emptying into the sink. My old one i had to lean the edge over into the sink downward for the water to drain or it would build up at the bottom or drian onto my counter. It is roomier too. Section for plates and a section for bowls and glasses, etc. I also love the silverware container. It is split in 2 sections. One with slots that u can put knives blade down. Before I had to put them blade up because the handles were heavier causing them to fall out and I have stabbed myself numerous times from the blade up. I would recommend.

Wonderful dish drain
I may be crazy for reviewing a kitchen sink drain but this is wonderful! The set up was easy and the self drain works perfectly. It’s smaller than the ones I’ve owned but it is very sturdy, does not slide around, does not need a mat underneath that gets gummy and slimy, has high sides and l have even gotten compliments on it. Takes up less space and air circulating dries dishes quickly. Would encourage to buy although for larger families (there are only 2 of us) you might not like as much as l do.

This is a very nice dishrack with handy features.
This is a very nice dishrack with handy features – I wish there were half star ratings; I’d give it a 4.5! Easy to assemble without tools. I especially like the knife block area for drying sharp knives while protecting their blades. The overall concept works well – I can move it up to the sink with the lower spout extended so that the water while I’m washing and putting items in drains right into the sink. Then when I’m done, I move the rack back and let the dishes finish drying away from the sink. Works well to keep things clean and dry them fast. Just a couple minor issues: the spout is in 2 sections, so sometimes a couple drops of water comes out at the join when it’s fully extended. Second, the white covering on the rack area seems a bit thin, and as if it might wear off somewhat more quickly than I’d like – but only time will tell.

Amazing! I love it.
OK guys I really think itâs a great product. I love the way it looks. I think the design is great. The fact that it has the drain. Itâs definitely a plus itâs very stable compared the other ones that I got before can hold a lot of dishes of room and I really think itâs a good quality product which is very important, the value youâre getting for the price is amazing and I definitely recommend this one!!!

Amazing Product
Very good storage capacity especially for the different ways you can place it. Sturdiness is amazing, we pack it high with dishes sometimes. It fits great under our cabinet up top. Love the draining part about it, itâs one of the reasons why I bought it. Definitely worth the money.

Pretty and functional, but it’s not the old Rubbermaid
I tried several dish drainers and this one was my final choice. Some were too small (and I tried to stay away from overly-large ones), and others I didn’t like the color or features, but I really liked the looks of this one and got it in the combination gray (wire drainer) with black (utensil basket and bottom rack). This color combo is my favorite without being overall too dark or too light in color for my kitchen. As for the function, it’s not near as good as my old Rubbermaid vinyl-covered wire dish drainer with coordinating rubber mat (you know, the kind that none of us can get anymore because Rubbermaid cheapened down and stopped making them well), but it will do since we don’t have a lot of choices nowadays. I would have gone right back to Rubbermaid and bought another one and been thrilled with it if they were still making the old good ones. I should have appreciated this type of thing much more way back when they were the norm and plentiful and I’m sorry that at the time I just didn’t really think anything about my dish drainer and took it for granted, because now I see what a gem it was and I miss those greatly. I guess I can still appreciate them in reverse, in my memory! The wire segments aren’t arranged as well for me as the old Rubbermaid one and I have trouble getting things to stand up slanted to drain off if it isn’t situated directly in the plate rack portion, and the whole thing does not all drain down into the tubing underneath. A good amount of water is left sitting on top of the mat. Also, the mat is rather flimsy as it is not too sturdy. So, new daily procedure. After every usage, I wait a bit for the dishes to dry off a little bit before I towel them completely dry, and then when I’ve removed them, I pick up the wire drainer and blot-dry the rubber feet off, set it aside, turn the mat up to empty all the leftover water in the sink, then use my damp dishrag to swipe over the whole thing quickly, especially the front corners of the mat, so it can go on and dry as I don’t want any mold growth or nappy-looking hard water stains. It looks nice, I’ll give it that, but let’s see about longevity later. I do really like how the utensil basket can hang off the far end to save space while you’re doing dishes, and then after it’s all done I can just move it right back into the dish drainer to sit so it doesn’t take up extra space on the counter.

Made from decent materials, does not feel cheap
This product is pretty well made, the metal feels nice and has a well applied finish. The plastic portions are decent as well. A couple of things I would change would be adding cup holders for drying glasses, right now this rack has no way to secure glasses. Also, the plate holders could be a bit taller. The drain spout can only be used on three sides, it will not reach the 4th (not sure why they didn’t just center it and make it long enough to reach all sides). Overall though this drying rack does feel high quality. Much better then those cheap rubber coated ones sold at places like Walmart. I would like to see them offer a larger version as this one is a bit small, however I cannot fault the size as it is clearly and accurately documented in the listing. If you are looking for a drying rack that is a step above the average department store offering and don’t need one that is large then this is definitely a good buy.

This Dish Rack is very cool and functional as well. In my new Apartment I used it the first night and the draining feature works perfectly. I saw the demo video on Amazon and was sold on this item and I can tell you it works as advertised. You can use it in the long form like I did or the sideways form like on the Amazon listing. The drain device extends so you can use it lengthwise like I did. You won’t be disappointed and definitely worth the extra few dollars/SAR.
