I am impressed by the solid construction of this baking pan and rack. I washed them a while ago and will be giving them their first use tomorrow morning (home-made biscuits). I can tell this pan will not buckle in the oven; one of my pet peeves. My only quibble so far is that the wire rack is hard to lift out of the pan without using a knife or fork at the edge to lift it. But the wire rack seems really well constructed. Amazing quality for the price!

Hard to clean
I bought this in order to cook bacon in our new range. It works great, but the rack is hard to clean. The cookie sheet is easy to clean, is sturdy and doesn’t warp when it gets hot. We really like the sheet, but the rack is another story. Maybe I can figure out another way to clean it easily, but until I do, I will have to give it 3 stars. It cooks great though. The bacon comes out golden brown and flat. My wife prefers that to pan frying the bacon. I personally prefer to fry bacon in one of our iron skillets.

Great Quality! Worth it!
This is definitely worth the price! I previously purchased a different sheet pan that was a thinner gauge and wasnât happy with it. So i returned and after some searching found this sheet pan. Wow! What a difference! I believe this will last me many years and would highly recommend it to my friends and family.Only issue is that the pan arrived with some small deep scratches around the lip of the sheet pan. Not a huge issue and doesnât affect the quality of the product. I might try reaching out to the company.
