The only pan you can scrub with steel scrubbers
The reason is the thick porcelain finish is tougher than steel, so you can’t hurt it. I have sometimes burnt stuff onto these types of blue/black speckle porcelain pans, a used steel scrubbers to get it off. Very quick and easy, and no damage. My oldest pans of this type are a bigger version of this one, and a turkey roasting pan with a lid. Both are over 40 years old and going strong. Just be careful to not bang them hard, or drop them on a corner on tile or stone, as that can chip the porcelain off where they hit, and start rusting. I am very careful, and mine are perfect. Other people have damaged theirs, and complained about them not lasting. Just don’t drop them on something hard, and they will last forever.

Cute little pan
This is a cute little pan so I keep it. However the measurements are for the outside of the pan not the inside. Some pans clearly state what the measurements are if you scroll through all the pictures. Buyer be wear !!

Love this pan
I love the pan I bought two of them. They are heavy duty, cook very well and hold the heat. I have used a little Dawn to soak and clean them along with a scratchless nylon scrubber.I like the fact that they fit perfectly in my convential oven.I am very happy with my purchase a great value for my money.

Could Possibly be Perfect⦠With Rolled Edges.
Love the small size and aesthetics! Thoroughly dislike the blunt edges. Not sharp enough to cut but not comfortable unless wearing potholders – which would be awkward when washing or just handling when cold. Itâs annoying every time I pick it up and then it screams cheaply made. Give it rolled edges and I swear it would be dreamy – and yes cookware/bakeware CAN be dreamyâ¦

This replaced the very old rusty blue enamel pan. It is the perfect size and cleans easily.
Received wrong item –
Total garbage. A tin can has thicker metal. The enamel chipped off after 5 uses. Dollar store quality. This is a $4 product selling for $31. Donât waste your money.

Please don’t waste our time and money. Look how it was stained after the first use. I can’t wash the stains out and I am wondering what covers the aluminium base? Very poor quality.
