Hexclad who?
I needed new pots & pans because my old ones are horrible (bunch of stuff peeling off). I wanted some good pans that will last. I was looking at Hexclad but honestly I’m too broke. Then I came across these, I was like hmm 3 pans 100, bit pricey but better than other brands. I was looking at another cookware set that was 130 for everything I need but kept coming back to these. I said what the heck we use pans the most, I can start replacing my stuff little by little. They arrived 2 days ago and I started using them. I was blown away, they have some weight but not super heavy, they are so easy to cook with, I just use a little bit of oil and stuff doesn’t stick (I forgot how good it feels not to have to worry about stuff sticking). They’re beautiful. I’m happy I went with these. The handles to me are quite comfortable (got the wood handles) I was worried because someone said they were slippery (I’m a very clumsy person, thought it could end in disaster) but so far they haven’t been slippery for me. The best part is the clean up, they are so easy to clean, I fried some cheese on them and no issues at all, I made wanna be bananas foster (no liquor) and it was still so easy to clean. I’m glad I splurged (This may not be a splurge to others, but as I said broke,lol). I was bummed when I saw I couldn’t afford Hexclad because they have a lifetime guarantee, but once I received these I changed my mind. So happy with them, the best part is they’re cast iron so they may last a lifetime as well! Also, I did not have to season them like regular cast iron pans and they’re way lighter than them. Will update again if anything changes

We have the honeycomb skillets with removable wooden handles. Let me tell you – these things are a game changer with cooking. They are a lighter cast iron, so you still get the benefits of cast iron (heat retention, durable, even cooking, and versatile – remove the handle and they can go straight in the oven) without the full bulk of a normal cast iron skillet. Plus, the nonstick coating is ceramic and non-toxic. I have cooked eggs and pancakes in them without using any oil or cooking spray and everything slides right out. You can literally wipe them clean when cooled down. We handwash them with soap, but they can go in the dishwasher if you remove the handle. Only thing I would change is to have a set with lids, but since the sizes are pretty standard, I just use the lids we already have. Highly recommend these skillets.

Is the best pans I’ve ever owned.They have a little bit of weight to them. ButNot so heavy you can’t lift it up. The size is perfect to cook. Anything you want to in! the handles screw on & come on. So if you want to bake cornbread or any other dish in the oven, you can take the handles off & then put the pan in the oven. They’re easy to clean. very nonStick cannot wait to cook some steak or bacon in them. The best pans I’ve ever owed!! Excellent price highly recommend. I’ve tried almost every brand that is out there. Except pans over the $100 range pans can’t afford that. Absolutely the best quality & function & Comfort all in the set of 3 pans. You got a small medium & large. The largest 12 inch medium is 10 inch small 8 inch.

I have been looking for replacement of my teflon-coating non-stick frying pan for some time. Every once a while, I have to replace the old one since the coating becomes ugly after some use but non-stickiness is really convenient for most of my cooking, I don’t want to go back to the stainless steel which is a PITA. Cast iron is obviously the best replacement but I am always concerned about the seasoning, how to care for it, and particularly the weight as well as the fact the handle is also iron (too hot during cooking). Until I found this product. It is more lightweight than traditional ones, still heavy but much easier to handle thanks to the wooden handle. The coating and pattern at the bottom not just look nice, but it is really making the cooking enjoyable. Close to my old one, still need a bit oil during the cooking but I am completely satisfied. The pan looks super sturdy, the thickiness make it retain the heat well and cook the food evenly. Cleaning is easy. This has literally become my go to pan on a daily basis. Overall I feel this is great value for the price considering the set contains three!

These Pans Have Quickly Become Favorites in our House
So, I wanted to hold off awhile until I wrote a review on these non-stick, cast iron pans. We switched out our gas range last summer for an induction range and upgraded our cookware while we were at it.These pans are as advertised. A great weight (heavy, but not overly heavy), they provide an amazing, virtually non-stick surface, clean up super easy with soap and water, no need to season them(though I do love my traditional cast iron pans too).They heat and retain heat like a traditional cast iron, and food doesn’t hard stick to them. From scrambled and eggs over, to searing meat and sautéeing veggies. I made french toast for dinner last night and not an ounce of batter stuck or burned to the pan – no need to soak it. Once it cooled, water soap, light scrub and it was clean.Gave it a year, no apparent wear on the pans (though I still generally use nylon utensils, my wife is not a careful), no loss of cooking or non-stick performance.I would give them even more stars if I could.One final note (I am in the compliance field) – I was neither asked to write, nor compensated in any way for this review. I love to cook, and want to spread the word on these pans.

We’ve had these pans around 6 months and use them everyday. Coating is great and really easy to clean ,hardly anything sticks to the surface and anything that does us easy to remove. They could be too heavy for some people to toss but its a simple trade off. Definitely recommend them
