Good oily soap for items prone to water damage
I purchased the cutting board cleaner and butcher block conditioner together.The cleaner didn’t lather terribly much, but you probably don’t want it to given the application (wood cleaning). Better it lean toward the lipophilic end of the spectrum and go on a bit oily. It cleaned well, just required a bit more elbow grease than you may be accustomed to. Worth it to protect your item being cleaned. The conditioner was more of a stand out for me. A bit thinner than I had anticipated, it easily penetrated my board and left it well conditioned. Also really impressed me by working incredibly well at restoring G10 scales on a knife. The scales of this knife were in much worse condition than my cutting boards, as the knife had been accidentally repeatedly exposed to steam in a drawer next to the dishwasher.These products are offered at a good price for the volume received. These will last me quite awhile cleaning a couple of medium boards and also using for other odds and ends I discover. The ingredient label on the conditioner is a strong selling point. I’m sure I’ll find all sorts of uses beyond my boards and the assortment of G10 bound knives I own.Shipping was fast. What more could you want?

Protects your wood
I clean and re-oil my counters every 5 or 6 months. If you spill something this will protect your wood if you just wiipe up the spill. This cleanrs and then you put on the oil.

It smells amazing and it seems to work well. It does dry out the wood a bit so I just add MCT oil to it after it fully dries to compensate.I also added a bit of this to my mixture to clean my banister and stairs. It worked well.

Good wood cleaner, I use this on my butcher block counters semi regularly to really clean it off before reapplying an oil conditioner. Ok hard on my counters and they get stains often, using this and a conditioner really helps maintain them
