Perfect for cinnamon rolls in a muffin tin
Worked perfectly for my needs of baking individual cinnamon rolls in a muffin tin. Presentation looks premium and price was okay! Easier serving in this format versus plating from a bulk tray of baked cinnamon rolls.

For Tamales?
I plan to use these to make tamales (since corn husks are priced out of mu budget), you get a good number of sheets for the price and they are large sheets, I’ll be able to double the number by cutting in half. If they work, this will be a game changer. I see retain tamales already using paper, so I thought I’ll give it a try. Great Value. Advertisement claims you can steam food in this paper, hope this is true.

Sticks to sourdough bread, do not buy
Ruined both of my loaves of sourdough bread that had cheddar and jalapeno inclusions. The paper is noticeably thinner than other parchment brands I’ve used. After taking my bread out of the oven I always remove it from the Dutch oven pot, take the bread off the parchment paper and put the bread loaf on a cooking rack. When using the same method that has worked for me dozens of times with other paper, I went to take my baked loaf off the paper and this paper was fully stuck to the bread. I couldn’t peel it off at all. It was ripping the bread crust off as I was trying to peel off the paper. I tried to troubleshoot and let the bread cool down and then peel it off and it was stuck like glue to the bread. I covered the loaf bottom with wet paper towels and let it soak and was able to peel some of the paper off in little strips but it was tedious and time consuming and I couldn’t get all of the paper off. So frustrated with this purchase, completely ruined my bread.
