Flipper are thin enough to slide easily under food, but are still very firm and don’t sag. The solid, flat metal bar connecting flipper to handles is also strong. I note this aspect because I tried another brand that had a hollow round bar for a connector. Humidity built up inside it and caused the handle to become loose. No such problems with this product. It has very solid construction all around, and I expect it to last me a long time.

As other reviewers have noted, these spatulas have a shorter handle than most other spatulas. That being said, they are now my favorite spatulas! Very sturdy, good flexibility, comfortable handle. One spatula is extra-wide. I thought it would just take up space in my drawer but itâs surprising how often it gets used. Great value and very happy with the quality!

Excellent for non-stick applications but I would suggest they are not for scrapping cast iron pans or any other cooking or baking surfaces that require scrapping. They are well made but they could be a little longer.
