Didn’t come with instructions like most people have said. But it’s very easy to use:⢠Fill to vinegar line w vinegar, and the rest of the way to the water line w water.⢠Nuke for 5-7 minutes. I did 6 mins.⢠Wipe the gunk off. And it does come off very easily.I think people who have given this product poor reviews honestly believed that the gunk would magically vanish into thin air. LOL! Of course you have to wipe it clean! I definitely recommend this and I will continue to use it.

It works ok
I use this every time I clean my microwave – itâs cute and handy, very easy to use, doesnât smell bad even though you have to use it with a mixture of water and vinegar. It didnât soak the inside of the microwave though, as I thought it would, thus the 4 stars, but it gets it mostly wet so I could wipe it out with a wet cloth.

Looked online and saw the reviews for Mad Mamma that mostly claimed how well it cleaned. I needed it to get rid of the smell. Well I wouldn’t be writing a 5 star review unless it worked great. I did have to run it through two cleaning cycles but that microwave that I thought I may need to throw away now smells nice and clean.
