Cleans up like a dream. Just a quick spray of oil into the pans ensures that my sticky buns come right out. Handles on the sides are good for gripping with thick oven mitts. The pans heat up evenly so that all sides get browned. If you prefer the softer ‘tray bake’, this isn’t the pan for you. The edges all get nicely browned. You can use this for individual meatloaves, banana bread, coconut rolls, etc.Recommend.

Both my husband and I work, that being said these are the perfect sized portions for leftovers, lunch or cut in half for a nice meaty sandwhich. Size and shape were exactly as described. However after baking in them once the coating started to peel off, leaving the pans unusable for heath and safety reasons. I would not waste time or money buying these pans.
