Perfect for egg bites!
Perfect size for my egg bites! Although I love my pressure cooker, Iâm not crazy about the texture of my egg bites when they are pressured. With these muffin molds, I fill each cup 2/3 full, bake at 350F for 25 minutes, let cool for a few minutes then turn out to finish cooling. Toss in the fridge or freezer and I have breakfast for the week.I love that the eggs donât stick to the mold and cleanup is quick and painless. They are very thin & flimsy so I put it on a thin baking sheet for support.The volume of each cup is 1/4c=4T=60mL at level-full. They are slightly shallower than a regular muffin tin but seem to be about the same circumference.I havenât tried muffins yet, but Iâll come back and update if I have any problems.

Yes, they are flimsy, BUT….
You just need a pan underneath and they are perfect for eggs bites. I didn’t spray the mold and mine flipped out perfectly with no sticking. Because they are very thin, they are a little bit of a pain to clean compared to regular muffin tins, but not a huge deal since nothing sticks to them anyway. Makes breakfast prep for the week so easy.

Easy to use, dishwasher safe. Only con is flimsiness when balancing liquid of eggs. I forget to use a pan underneath for stability then Iâm spilling uncooked eggs. Otherwise, these get the job done. Awesome for making oat bites and different flavors or fruit and toppings for each 12 cups.

I ordered these last week because I’m sick of searching my (black hole of a) pantry for muffin tin liners and my kids really love muffins to eat throughout the day. Anyway, I just made some muffins in them and I’ve gotta say, I’m impressed! Used a little pam and then once they were cooked and cooled, they just popped right out. Plus, these are a lot easier to clean than my metal muffin tins. The muffins came out a little smaller than ones made from my metal muffin tins, but that’s not a deal breaker for my kids (I don’t feel guilty letting them have 2 or 3 in a sitting now!) Highly recommend, but use them on a cookie sheet as they are too flimsy to hold up on a baking rack as they are made of silicone and not a hard material.

I don’t like how thin it is. I had to slide my cutting board under it just to get it out of the oven. Also, it stains easily. This was the first time baking with this. It wasn’t easy

I ordered these silicone muffin cups strictly for the purpose of making mini cheesecakes, so it doesnât really bother me that theyâre flimsy since I bake the cakes in a water bath in a roasting pan anyways. The muffin cup in this silicone pan is definitely smaller than a regular muffin pan. The cheesecakes popped right out of the silicone mould super easily and it was very easy to clean. This product worked perfectly for what I needed it for, but I probably wouldnât recommend these if youâre wanting to bake full sized muffins or cupcakes in them.
