Super non-stick, easy to clean in sink, light weight, balanced heat. Wife loves this.
I purchased this larger pan after getting the smaller version for her to use when cooking eggs and similar items. My wife was so thrilled with that pan that she asked for this larger version. The pan feels surprisingly light weight and yet feels quite durable. Heat dispersion seems very good, as well. This is not dish washer safe but cleaning it in a sink is very easy since food does not stick to the pan. Do know that after you purchase the pan you do need to wash it first and then prep the pan once with a little vegetable oil.This pan is very deep so it is also useful for multiple cooking applications. Overall, based on my wife’s reports, this pan is everything it calims to be. I have no complaints but if issues do arise I will update this review as needed.

I haven’t used the pan yet, I received it yesterday. When I read the description on Amazon, it states that it is dishwasher safe. According to the instructions that came with the pan, it is NOT dishwasher safe. This is a disappointment.
