Very sturdy cooling racks
I really like the quality & sturdiness of these cooling racks. They fit perfect into a half sheet size cookie sheet size (17.9L,12.9W,1in H) . These have 6 support feet with 3 cross bars. This versatility offers you a traditional cooling rack for your baked goods. Or, used with a lined cookie sheet to cook items in the oven. They wash up wonderfully in the dishwasher or hand washed . Great for jerky
Im using these to make jerky. They work perfectly. The grates are close enough together that small pieces of meat dont fall through. They are a bit of a pain to clean (when using for jerky), especially if you dont put a little bit of oil on them. Im sure they are great for baking too, but I cant speak to that.

Legs are bent
It’s still perfectly functional, but the wire legs on one of the racks is bent. Otherwise, I love them. They feel heavy and otherwise quite sturdy. I needed them to dry out some meat in the fridge without just sitting it directly on the shelf. This work perfectly for that, just wish the wire for the legs wasn’t bent.

I have lived for years with a 1/4 baking sheet pan (9×13) with a rack measuring 7×7? Maybe 7×8? Has driven me crazy and finally was fed up enough to get one that actually fits. This one is perfect and suprisingly really well made. Thank you so much. Not crazy anymore…lol.

I specifically bought these because they were advertised as ‘Food Grade Stainless Steel’ and ‘Dishwasher Safe’. Quite simply, they rust, therefore they are either plated or are a very low grade stainless steel. Either way, I cannot endorse these and recommend you look elsewhere if you truly are looking for stainless steel and dishwasher safe.
