One amazing pan!!
Hexclad makes incredible pans and I need more!! They are not cheap but worth every penny. I have another one and I will be slowly replacing my pans with Hexclad. Even heat distribution, good sear on meat, chicken and seafood and easy to clean. I was in the restaurant industry for about 27 years and I love to cook at home too. By far the best pans I have used.

Hexclad
I already had several Hexclad cookware pieces when I bought this one: a 3-piece pot set with lids, a 3-piece skillet set with lids, and a wok with lid. I even gifted my son a 3-piece pot set ( with lids). Everything they say about them is true: they are durable, skillets can go in the oven as well as stove top. Stove top cooking on medium heat not high. Nothing sticks to them and none of my cooking utensils leave scratch marks. They are easy to use and easy to clean and they come with a lifetime warranty! You just follow the instructions when you first get one and youâre good to go. Also, I always season my cookware after I clean them.

Gets HOT REALLY QUICKLY. EASY TO BURN FOOD.
Much easier to use than skillet. Flat bottom, more cooking surface. USE LOW !!!! TO MEDIUM HEAT. OVERHEATS EASILY. Pan is heavy but fits in back of dishwasher. I got glass lid, but seldom use.

Best pans out there!
This is my second pan from this company. Is the price high? Yes, but you get what you pay for. These pans are extremely high quality and are built to last. Those saying they are âtrashâ and everything sticks are not using them correctly. Never once has anything ever stuck to my pans no matter the heat. Of course thereâs probably defect pans out there as is with any manufactured item. These pans should be treated similarly to a cast iron. They hold consistent heat and donât require a high heat even when searing meat. My stove is electric and Iâve never turned the heat above a 5. They will be non stick if you coat them in a quality oil when turning on the burner. My preference is extra virgin olive oil and it doesnât take much. I cook meals from scratch every night. These pans have yet to fail me. Absolutely love them and will never go back to anything else. Iâve cooked on everything from steel, Caphlon, Green Pan to Tfal and these make everything else look cheap. Worth every penny so take the chance if you are an avid cooker!

Great overall
You can’t go wrong with this cookware. They’re well made, easy to clean and work great on induction cooktops.

Family member made me buy it! Soo worth it!
Love this interior so much. Unlike any other finishes. One pan replaces so many. Feels like it will last and last. Cleans up so easy I look forward to washing, and it’s absolutely beautiful.

Just know what you’re getting into before spending a ton of money
I bought the 5.5 quart pan and I agree with all the other reviews that just rave about how good this pan is, but….. This is a very solid and well made pan but that comes at a price and that price is weight. This is a very heavy pan and if you make something that you want to pour out into a bowl or dish with one hand and scrape the contents of the pan with the other, it’s not easy. I ended up buying a 12″ Hexclad wanta-be fry pan for 1/4 the price and found myself usually reaching for that pan for most things. If you need a pan that can handle big batches of whatever, this is a great pan. Since I bought it I rarely use my dutch ovens anymore. The perfect scenario is what I have, and that’s a big, deep fry pan and a shallow one

My new daily!
I absolutely love this pan! I mostly cook steaks in it on the daily. Sometimes eggs. I swear – this pan is King.I like stainless steel, but with the steak and eggs, it can be a little problematic with food sticking. I donât cook at high temps because Iâm in an apartment and I donât want to set of the smoke alarm.I got some Green Pan ceramic nonstick pans which were nice for about 8 months. They got good reviews on ATK, so I made the leap. They just didnât last. The pans held up as did the coating, but it became far less nonstick than it started out. This time I decided to try Hex Clad and let me just say, Iâve never experienced anything like this. I seasoned it with Duck fat and thatâs what I usually cook with. I use an induction cooktop at about 275°. Low and slow. It works beautifully and doesnât even try to stick. Cleans up easily.Itâs a little heavier than Iâm used to, but Iâm adjusting. I have big-ish hands and I love the handles. Love the lids too! Nice handles on the lids too. I saw some guy on YouTube talking about how the handle is not great if your hands are greasy, but I donât do that. They are smooth and round, so I could see where someone might have an issue. This particular pan has a second handle on the other side if that becomes an issue. The design is absolutely gorgeous. It feels substantial to cook with. A true pleasure to use. If I need more, I wonât hesitate. Worth the price, especially if you take proper care of it. Iâll get back to you in a year or so to share how it holds up.

An excellent purchase. Probably the best pan I’ve ever used.

Honestly, one of the best purchases Iâve made in a while. The pan is a bit heavy so that takes some getting used too. Other than that; the food just glides as if it were silk. And itâs super easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher. Yes please !
The best –
Yeah It’s true
