I don’t cook very often, but got tired of crappy knives when I did decide to cook. These have maintained their sharpness and feel nice in my hand. Beautiful, high performance and quality knives that will last and are well worth the price. Love that this came with three of the most commonly used knives for day to day. Only thing that stops me from 5 stars is my experience with the twin zwilling Henkle set⦠which is basically one of the best you can get. Iâve had them 10 years, they sharpen easily, and continue to be in great condition despite daily hard use. These, however, for the lower price, are phenomenal

We are not chefs by any stretch of the imagination but do like a sharp knife when we need a knife. Over the years we had accumulated a dogs breakfast collection of various knives. The three knives in this set seemed to fill the bill for just the right variety of knives we needed. We were able to get rid of over half of the collection. We still have some serrated ones and have this brand in a bread knife we’d bought previously. In fact that bread knife was the reason we stuck with Henckels. Of course there are some we kept “just because”, but for the most part these 3 (and the bread knife) are becoming our go-to knives.
