The knives are light, sturdy , sharp, and look pretty nice on my dining table. I had a very nice NY Strip steak for Christmas and they were perfect from it. Huge improvement from my previous set.Great gift for the steak lover in your house!

This item was purchased as a gift and the recipient is very happy with them. These knives are very sharp, easy to hold, and they can be cleaned in dishwasher without rusting. Be careful with knife tips though! Tips are very sharp, and you can poke yourself if youâre not careful.

Good knives you can throw in the sink or dishwasher
These are good yet inexpensive steak knives that can be left in the sink or dishwasher without worry. I already have Henckels Pro S chefs knives. I wanted good steak knives to go with them that don’t need to be hand washed, and these fit the bill.They’re obviously stamped, but that’s OK. The stainless steel is strong and doesn’t bend, and extends all the way to the end of the handle. The handles are well made and triple riveted, though they are a little small in my hands. The knife edge is serrated and cuts well enough, though occasionally you feel like you’re sawing through your food instead of slicing through it (the blade edge is why it’s only 4 stars instead of 5). I have no qualms about letting these sit in the sink overnight. And they look good in my knife block next to the Pro S’s. I just ordered another set of 4.

Very Sharp, just what I was looking for.
These are by far the sharpest steak knives I have ever had. They have a sleek design and are very easy to grip and hold onto. I just had hand surgery and have weak hands so these knives will give me the ability to cut my steak myself instead of having to get my husband to cut meats for me. I am looking forward to purchasing other Henckels knives to build my set of “go to” knives.
