Best Pairing Knives!!
We started using Hinkle knives many years back. Weâve used other pairing knives but, none compare to Hinkleâs. My mom hates to use any other brands. They are fairly light weight, have a great comfortable handle, are easy to find in the drawer (because of the colorful handles), and stay sharp much longer than any other pairing knives weâve had. Very well made and last years and an amazing price for the quality! Canât recommend enough!!

Love this set of knives. The sharpness of the knives, the ease of quick hand washing or alternatively, dishwasher washing, plus the different bright colors to distinguish size and type are a win in a busy kitchen. Basic Paring Knives
I bought these to replace another set of paring knives that I had been using for about 10 years. These Henkels knives are comfortable in the hand and have a good grip to them. They are sharp out of the package and easy to handle, and I expect I will get many years of use out of them. It is important to note that they are not dishwasher safe.
Overall, this is a good set of paring knives.

Don’t let the low price fool you – these are excellent knives.
What a great set! I like the colored handles that make it easy to get the blade I want. The handles are comfortable to hold, provide a good grip, and are durable. The blades are made from good quality steel that is stiff enough to control, flexible enough to be useful. They hold an edge well, and are no worse to sharpen than any other stainless steel blade. The blade on all but the red handled knife taper from the back to the cutting edge which sure helps their cutting performance.
The red handled knife has a 13 cm [5 inch] blade with medium serrations. It is great for slicing tomatoes. The tip is NOT sharpened – but a few minutes with a file and stone and mine is now.
The green handled knife has an 8 cm [3 inch] blade and is a general purpose paring knife. This knife alone is arguably worth the price of the four!
The yellow handled knife has a straight cutting edge and a curved spine – be careful not to try to use it upside down.
The blue handled knife has a 6 cm [2.5 inch] blade that cuts on the inside curve. This makes it hard to sharpen on a flat stone, but the hook shape, short blade, and sharp tip is great for coring strawberries.
The blades are magnetic enough the are held secure on my magnet knife rack.

I love these knives. Excellent price.
The knives are comfortable to use and very sharp. This is my second set. I had lost one of the knives so I bought a replacement set. They are well made and the perfect size for cutting veggies and tofu. No rusting. I highly recommend this set if knives.

This is my second set of these knives. I love the price and the fact that they are easier to maintain than more expensive knives. I only bought new ones after 8 years because the other set got lost, not because anything was wrong with them.

My everyday go to knives
I originally got these knives in 2019 from bed, bath, and beyond as a bridal shower gift. I make a lot of meals/snacks from home and use these knives daily. They are almost always in my dishwasher and I prefer them over any other knife I have so a couple months ago I found this same exact set on amazon and bought myself a second set. You canât even tell a difference between my 2019 and 2024 sets. Theyâre so good for cutting fruits, vegetables, paring, and the bread knife works well too. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a set of knives.
