Sharp knives
Looks very stylish. Very sharp knives so be careful .I like the fact that they sharpen every time you put them in. However, it is a really big block to sit on the counter so it depends on how much counter space your willing to give up.

I am an amateur when it comes to using knives. This set comes with many choices and I find myself using each knife for their intended use instead of just one as I have done in the past. The only downside, I see, is that the block takes up a lot of counter space. Sits well in a corner spot.

Knives are rusting in less than 6 months of purchase. Henkles Mfg. recommends hand polish with white paste, hand wash and hand dry to avoid rusting of China made product. Typical Henkles German quality is imposter product. Not recommended for daily general kitchen use.

Having never spent this much money on a set of knives, I took a leap of faith after reading the reviews and bought this set. I was looking to elevate my cooking experience and figured I’d just as soon begin to tackle that objective by replacing my old kitchen utensils with new, better quality items.I checked out a ton of sets online and selected this one because of a couple of reasons: a more professional set with a self-sharpening block (I dislike trying to manually keep a sharp edge), a larger set providing a bigger variety, and, I was drawn to their appearance. They’re beautiful. They feel good in my hands and comfortable to hold.All in all, I don’t think you’ll go wrong purchasing this set. I know I didn’t.

I like everything about these knives. They are sharp! The look, size & quantity was perfect for me. It does take up space but these are tools I use everyday so everything else on my counter must go.Some wrote they had rusting issues – I hand wash and dry them when Iâm finished using them, which so far hasnât produced and issues.I donât allow my husband to use them. He will use a knife for about any task in the house so I keep the older knife block out for him and only him.Thank you and you wonât regret these beauties.
