Non-serrated steak knife
Look good, feel good in hand, pretty sharp out of box, can be sharpened to razor’s edge – love that. These are steak knives. I do not like the idea of a serrated edge for proteins. If you have properly prepared your meat, chicken, fish, pork, blah blah blah, you DO NOT need to rip it apart with a serrated edge. Also, serrated are difficult to impossible to sharpen. I have not put them in the dishwasher yet…but, they do say dishwasher safe. So far, I am very impressed for the quality at the price. These should be capable of being handed down if decently maintained.

Iâve been a long time Henkels user. Bought my first Henkle (still have) in 1991. Bought these to replace serrated steak knives. If I forking (pun intended) over $$ for good meat, I donât want it ripped apart by the knife. They also can cut right through a tomato.
