Great Product & Great Customer Service
This is the 2nd one I have purchased and it is best shaker bottle I have used. Works better than any with a wisk ball or something else to aid in stirring the mixture. Easier to clean also.Had an issue with the lid on this one and Helimix replaced the whole bottle without any problem. Easiest company to deal with by far.I would recommend this to anyone wanting a better solution to mix your pre workout or post workout mixtures.

If you’re like me, you saw this cup and thought, “wow! No extra clangy ball to mess around with and it mixes just by shaking?” And truly it does. I spent more time than I’d like to admit sitting and starting at the bubbly vortex in the cup after a good shake, staring in wonderment at the complex simplicity of a simple design change.On a more serious note, this thing is seriously tough! I’ve dropped it, stepped on it and accidentally shut it in a car door. The only thing to really take it out after nearly a year of use was to carelessly place the cup portion on the bottom rack of my dishwasher, distorting the threads of the cup. Fortunately for me, customer service was absolutely phenomenal! I sent am email and got a response in just over an hour. I sent a couple of photos, gave them the cup size and color along with my address and in was informed that I would be receiving a new cup in a week or so!So, if youre looking for a tough shaker with no extra bits to keep track of and are worried in the least about customers service, this is the way to go!

Update: I want to start off this review by telling Dody at Helimix how much I appreciate their promptness and the level of service that they provided. I contacted Helimix Support via their website and got quite possibly one of the fastest responses I have ever received from a company about anything. After sending my email in through their website at 7:07am they had responded to me (a real person not automated) by 7:23am with what information they needed to begin to process a replacement for me. I was blown away with how quickly they responded to me since it seems most companies have a standard 2 to 3 business day time frame on non-automated support. I sent in the requested information and they replied same day that they would get it shipped out that week. I can’t overstate how amazed I was to contact support, get a reply and resolution all in the same day. That kind of customer service is hard to come by over email anymore. As promised they had my replacement shipped out 2 days from initial contact and I had it in my mailbox exactly 1 week after initial contact.Now that I got the amazing experience I had with their support out of the way, for the bottle itself. There was definitely an issue with my previous one because this one has been nice and watertight since receiving it. I’ve been using it for the past two weeks since getting it and have not had the same issue. Bottle is great at getting everything nice and mixed. I love being able to get the same if not better performance as other bottle brands without extra parts to achieve the results. They’ve got me hooked and I will definitely be recommending their product to others.(Original Review retained for completeness)I dunno if mine just doesn’t sit right but it’s not leak-proof. It’s not a horrible leak but the whenever I’m shaking up anything inside it I will get splashed with little bits of liquid. There isn’t any type of rubber gasket between the lid and cup so I’m not sure if this is why it leaks ever so slightly. None the less it’s no fun getting sprayed by my drink when trying to mix it and it really sucks because otherwise the bottle is perfect. No clumping, mix is nice and uniform with very little to no product settled on the bottom.

You ever love the feeling of getting something that does it’s job extremely well? Then this bottle will give you that feeling. I had wanted to try one out for awhile and when my old bottle finally cracked, it was finally time to buy. It’s such a simple idea and yet it works to perfection. The protein powder and milk I used, which are not the highest quality, blended incredibly well. This puts my older blender ball style mixing bottles to shame. I will be purchasing another one. The product seems to be made of high quality plastic, so hopefully it will hold up for many years. My only knock on this product is that I did pinch my finger underneath the plastic grip ring when opening the bottle with my other hand.

Very fun to use – small liquid issue
i was so skeptical about this – but it actually works.long story short : i am able to put in 16-18 oz of liquid, and TWO scoops of protein . Doesnt matter what. Ghost. Budget protein. It works. I even did this: 16oz of a protein milk, TWO Ghost Nutter Butter protein scoops AND two small scoops of peanut butter.SHAKE IT RIGHT. SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE – THEN SHAKE SOME MORE. AND FINALLY, SHAKE AGAIN. UP AND DOWN. NOT LEFT AND RIGHT. UP. AND. DOWN. 30 SECS EACH SHAKE.I did this for 2 mins – it FULLY MIXED TOGETHER WITH NO CLUMPS: PEANUT BUTTER, TWO scoops of protein powder AND protein milk. I was thoroughly surprised. I will admit: it didnt fully mix, but it mixed about 90% of it. No clumps, the only things that didnt mix was the GHost additives which were the cookie bits. But the protein milk? The peanut butter? Protein powder? All mixed together beautifully.Tried it with two scoops of budget protein (the 30g bland tasting kind) and 16.2 oz of water , basically a water bottle. Smooth mix. Smooth tasting. No clumps. Perfect.The only real problem i have with is: the design. When i dump an entire water bottle in, it reaches near the top. Other shakers? it reaches 3/4. This one? it reachs about lets say 90% of the bottle. The problem? It leaves a VERY small amount of room to put what you want in. I dont like that , whatever positives i have about it.But regardless: this works if you do it right. It works amazingly. It is my primary shaker. No crazy messes. Just simple drink and rinse and clean.

So far so good, feels sturdy, shakes just fine, since its only been a few days cant say if it will hold up but time will tell. I really want to see if it retains smells and if it gets all messed up in the dishwasher, and if it doesnât this will be a top tier shaker in my book.
