Love the color of this Dutch oven! Iâve used this pot several times for baking sourdough bread and it has worked perfectly for me every time. When baking bread, I place the pot with the lid on, into the oven during the preheating process (450 degrees) without issue. I like the fact that the lid does not have a âknobâ on the top, thus enabling the lid to be used as a base. I have not used this pot on the stovetop yet, so I cannot speak to this applicationâ¦Great product so far.
