Round cooling rack
Very sturdy. I originally bought it to work in a large kettle as the bottom rack to hold canning jars. Worked perfectly.

These Harfington cooking racks are as described
These are very sturdy, and are exactly what I wanted. One of the legs on one of the racks was bent when received, but I was able to straighten it out without breaking the solder. The only warning is these are not flat. They are converse, and bow up somewhat. Some items might roll off if you are not paying attention.

Worked exactly as I wanted them to!
These racks were perfect for my sourdough baking. They kept the loaves up off the bottom of the Dutch oven and created a crisp crust, but not hard crispy. I don’t like that in sourdough baking anyway. Highly recommend to keep loaves from burning on the bottom and the 7.5 inch size was perfect for my Dutch ovens.

Sturdy design
I use this to heat up baby foods in a small pot in a water bath. It does a great job. The rough design on top grips my little jars/prep bowls while the water bubbles around it.The metal is very thick and sturdy, too, which is very pleasing to use.

Stout Round Slightly Domed Cooking Rack
I don’t have easy access to equipment to test the metal for 201 Stainless. I bought this to place in the bottom of my Cosori Cooker for deep frying. It fit great and is slightly domed. Packaging was obnoxious plastic wrap and tape. The diameter is 7-3/8″ and height nearly 1.25″. The top is in a weave pattern and the welds seem adequate. Overall, I’m impressed with its quality. I will update if it rusts too fast…

These were better quality than I expected. They haven’t rusted, clean up easily, and are made with nice thick wire. No sharp edges. I’ve used for cooling rack, to hold fried stuff off of a pan to allow oil to drain when reheating, and to allow air flow under a spatchcocked chicken in the oven.

I bought these for my son for Christmas – he is making individual pizzas from scratch and needed a cooling rackSince they are domed in the middle he was afraid the pizza toppings would slide!! Unfortunately they had to be returnedOtherwise they seemed well constructed

Ive got a super small electric pot at home where I do most of my cooking (dorms doesn’t have full scale kitchens sadly)and Ive always wanted something small in diameter to fit in the pot, all the other options are super massive for woks or large pans used in common kitchens.This allows me to steam stuff and make sure it doesn’t touch the bottom just like any other metal racksthe frame and the wiring is also super durable and I have no issues trying to put bowls full of egg and water onto (making steamed eggs)

You cannot buy a replacement rack for the Ultimate Cosa air fryer – ours had the coating delaminating and turning rusty. Not interested in ingesting this!!The stainless rack is much better. A bit hard to clean but it helps if you spray no stick oil first
