Wonderful, sturdy, exactly as pictured!
We live in a tiny apartment for part of the year, so this really came in handy as we are trying to make the most of our space. It is sturdy and can fit a lot of items! There are a dozen hooks for pans. The two shelves really hold a lot of pans. We made sure to hang it on the wall with the stud to ensure that it is very secure.

My husband went to put this together and found out we weren’t sent an entire pack of screws. Halfway done with building it and no freaking screws. Such time wasted.

Difficult assembly; sags in the middle; questionable design choices
I’m the kind of person who actually enjoys putting together furniture, but this one felt like a chore. The two nearly-identical pairs of shelf pieces can be combined together in two ways, and those two shelves can each be installed in four orientations. You have to very carefully inspect the holes in the shelves and orient them exactly as is depicted in the directions. I think this would be much clearer if the shelf pieces came with stickers to label them 1/2/3/4. A big problem with this thing is it has no angle brackets; it relies on the user to assemble it absolutely square. But since the shelves aren’t on the very top or bottom of the rack, you can’t just put it on a flat surface to get it square.I don’t like that the screws on the back face aren’t flush with the surface. This thing is rated to hold 100lbs total, but the back face is held off the wall slightly by this screw. Not a good idea.Mine sags in the middle. There’s no continuous member going across the rack: the shelves are two-part and the wood is two-part (held together by a peg in the middle, so they can flex a little). This makes me nervous to hang a bunch of cast iron in the middle, or put anything heavy on the shelf. If I were designing this, I would put a solid crossbar across it, attach everything to the crossbar, and have the crossbar be the main attachment point to the wall. Then it also wouldn’t be so critical for the user to correctly space the four holes (which, since this is meant to be placed high up, are annoying to do in any case).I’ve installed it, but I sure am nervous about it! If you want to put anything NEAR the rated capacity on this rack, I recommend getting something sturdier.
