The Dkoyied dough kit is a great starter set at a fantastic price! The Danish dough whisk has a shorter handle than I expected, but it works wonderfully and has a nice heavy feel; it made mixing corn tortillas so much easier. The dough scraper has a ruler on the blade in inches and centimeters; it did have a small dent in the metal, which doesn’t affect its use. I often use the ruler feature on my older scraper while dividing dough, and I’m happy to see the same feature on this one. Each razor for the lame comes wrapped in two protective layers. They are very clean, thin, and extremely sharp; the blade slices through the dough without pulling. The leather cover for the blade is handy to have. The Dkoyied dough set is incredibly priced and would be great as a gift or for your own use.
