Fantastic Everyday Knife
I love these knives. I bought two and even though it clearly says they have a 5 inch blade, I was somewhat surprised by the length. They have a great, sharp blade (with a cover) and a very comfortable handle. I was buying rinky dink paring knives after I had to toss what I call my “everyday use sharp knives”. I’ll review the paring knives later. These knives are dishwasher safe, easy to use, a nice, effective knife to have in the silverware drawer.

I found this paring knife and it was priced economically so I decided to order it. This is a great knife! Itâs very sharp and all one piece from what I can tell. I really like the handle because it is ergonomic, easy and comfortable to use. Also the handle is a bit textured and I like the grip. I ordered a second one. Itâs easy to clean up and not heavy at all.

Really like the set and waited to buy it til it was on sale. While itâs a great set of knives, each piece is just a little bit wonky.
The block is miscut in a few spots, plus the whole block is off center. Otherwise, the knives are very nice

Not the best or worst.
Update- I bought a Wusthof Silverpoint 8″ bread knife. It’s like night and day. Don’t take chances with knives. A good German or Japanese knife will cut straight without much pressure. A cheap knife will not and is much more likely to result in a painful mistake.
Reviews on this bread knife tricked me. I saw so many great reviews I was surprised to receive such an average knife. I get it though. I used to think I had two good knives, and then I got a German made santoku blade that cost more than $100. I knew then I had one good knife. This knife is ok, but you can probably find better for not much more. It has scalloped serrations that allow sharpening, which is good, because it is not super sharp and does not hold an edge like a really good knife. Not great for hard crusted homemade breads. For soft breads I might not know this was bad, but I have great knives, and this is not. If you want a sharp knife that does not wander when cutting an artisan bread or good baguette, keep looking. Any bread with even a thin crust will give you problems but if you are good at sharpening this might work for you.
