    11 Months of Service and…dead
    Worked fine until its 11th month. Now it will not cut the lid without slipping off the can several times. I bought this one due to the manufacturer, thinking it would last at least three years. Waste of $25

    The product is fine with several very useful attachments for those of us suffering with arthritis in the hands — HOWEVER!!!I am DISGUSTED that Amazon are listing an electrical appliance on Amazon .CO.UK which is NOT 240 volts.Nowhere in the description of the appliance does it state 110 volt. VERY POORAdditionally, within about 2 days of my buying, the price was dropped by some £4.00 !! GREAT FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS.I WILL NOW NEED TO PURCHASE A 240-110 VOLT ADAPTER TO ENABLE ME TO USE THE PRODUCT.
