Great quality!
I had to recently replace a toaster I have had forever, and was not to happy. I loved that toaster!! I was a little worried about finding one I would like as much. I found one I like better in this one. It has a great design and it works wonderfully. It is affordable and the quality is wonderful!

I have an older version of this with black plastic sides. I’ve had it for probably 20 years. One side doesn’t work too well so replaced with this new version. The new version is a little smaller & the slots a little smaller but seems 2 work just fine. It should last me the rest of my life if it lasts like my last one.

We had one of these toasters some years ago and, as I remember, it worked good for whatever toasting job we needed. It was new and well packed without any visible damage or scratches. It actually has a metal outer shell and isn’t all plastic like most toasters these days. This new toaster, though, comes up short in a lot of ways. For what little regular toasted bread we need, it toasts the top 3/4 of one side fine, but the bottom 1/4 edge of one side is barely toasted, and the back side is slightly burned. English muffins (which we use the most) are barely toasted during one full cycle, even on the highest setting. It takes almost two full toasting cycles to fully toast an English muffin. And the same goes with Pop Tarts. We’ll live with it for now, but will not buy another one or recommend it.

Stay away from the 3rd party seller called “Unbeatable Specials”. Product was sold as “Used – Like New – New – Open box”, but it’s not “like new” or “new”, it’s defective. One lever does not stay down when pushed down to begin toasting so two of the 4 toast slots are useless. I’ve requested a return & refund which was approved, but the return instructions state that I must pay the shipping cost and the refund is an Amazon gift card rather than a refund to my credit card. Why should I pay the shipping cost for a product you sold to me that is defective? This is awful service.UPDATE – the return shipping cost was $27. Great…cost me $27 to receive a defective product and ship it back. Never again.
