So easy to use !

Outstanding knife to cut my homemade sourdough bread and so much more! The blades are SHARP! Use extreme caution when handling them. They fit easily into the handle and stay securely in place. They come out easily when you slide the “release” button. It comes with a plastic sheath to keep the blades in and a hard case to store it in. Highly recommend!

I bought this knife based upon price and name brand. I have used it twice so far (on meat) and am extremely pleased with my purchase. The blades are sharp and simple to install in the handle. The trigger is responsive and shuts off immediately when released. I am happy with the included fork as it it also sharp and easy to hold. The included case is sturdy and will hopefully last for years.

I loved it so much we bought another one and I was happy it hasn’t changed… about time a company knows it has a GREAT product and doesn’t keep changing it…..I lost both my knives and after searching for months gave up and bought a third one… and this one is just as great as the others…. Corta perfecto el pavo, tiene corte consistente y con buen motor. TenÃa un Proctor Silex, de muy mala calidad, lo reemplacé por este Hamilton Beach de mucho mejor calidad.La caja que trae es muy práctica para almacenarlo, solo que está muy justa de lo ancho y cuesta un poco de trabajo guardarlo. Pero aun asà lo recomiendo ampliamente
