We use this every day
This has been such a nice addition to our kitchen! We use it daily and have not had any problems. It heats up quickly, but does get a little hot on the handle and sides if itâs all the way full.

Good kettle but quit after 3 years
I loved this kettle. The handle does get hot if you reboil the water, but otherwise it boiled fast, holds plenty of water, pours nicely. However I am very disappointed that it stopped working after only 3 years.

Broke after 6 weeks…
So, I love the look of this kettle – still do! When I tried to use it the first time, I noticed the ON/OFF switch was very loose and didn’t really lock into place. However, if I pressed it in a bit, it would finally catch on something and engage the kettle to warm. This morning, it would no longer engage and I tried everything I could to get it to come on, but it would not. It’s SO disappointing to pay $70+ for something like this and not even get two months of use out of it. I barely use it once a day. Quality is so important and there are tons of less expensive kettles that would probably surpass this one. When I reached out to the company to replace it (it has a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer) they basically said I have to take it up with Amazon; however I am out of Amazon’s 30 day return period. Luckily, Amazon was willing to take it back and refund the amount. Keep scrolling and choose quality over style!

I bought this kettle for its looks to be honest. Itâs gorgeous and I have been pleasantly surprised at the quality overall. Itâs been 18 months of near daily use and itâs still holding up perfectly. It is a bit noisy as the water is boiling, but I would say itâs not any noisier than previous electric kettles weâve owned. Definitely would recommend this!

As other reviewers have noted, the paint does *slightly* chip. I’ve only noticed this around the top as the lid is metal without cushioning so taking it off and on creates pin-head sized chips in the pink. The other issue is the metal handle is above the kettle and gets *very* hot (I need an oven mitten to handle it after it boils). The placement is also unwieldy for pouring – only made worse by wearing a large mitten to protect your skin).I don’t regret buying it. I knew these issues would exist before I bought it and accepted it because Pink!

Literally fell apart after less than 10 months of light use… Inadequate materials and design: heat insulation of the handle completely ineffective, had to grab through a cloth to avoid burns. Still, looked pretty, so we put up with it. After a few months, however–visual surface deterioration, random spots and discoloration. And today, the lid broke… Landfill.
