Baked my very first pie!
I made my very first pie in this and it worked great! Crust was flakey and didnât burn and I forgot to grease the pan before pressing in the crust and it didnât stick!! Iâd definitely recommend. Plus, it came with silicone oil & dish brushes.

I was skeptical about this working out because of all the holes throughout the bottom and sides but it holds everything in and bakes really evenly and it slipped right out.No pan spray needed, and it cleaned really well.The tart turned out beautifully.I will be making quiche next and have no doubt it will come out just as good looking as the tart.
