Better than most but limited
The width is the best feature. It falls short because of 2 features that are pointless and limit it.The blade width is great but the length is way too short. This means you can only flip things that are not going to come apart – or are very rectangular like the blade. Large crab cakes are a no-go!The top blade does not need to be smaller. Why do they all do this? If you are flipping, a smaller blade won’t hold as much. Your not-too-solid food will fall apart!
