Good quality
This is my third teak dish rack I purchased from Amazon. Every single one delivered. I love the style, easy of use, space storage and functionality. The drainage Is ok. The only complain is the utensil caddie is too open and utensils keep falling out. Other than that, I recommend it.

High quality wood
Love this dish rack! I had some similar for about 3 years but it broke (similar, but definitely wayyyyy cheaper.) This one is so amazing compared to my old one. The wood is thick and durable, itâs smooth and was to put together. I love that it has that extra little flat area to add more drying room, & the silverware holder. It doesnât really fold up fully once you screw the flat part on however, so thatâs not an actual function.

I love the look and design of this its very functional and holds a lot of dishes. Unfortunately after 2 months there’s mold growing especially on the bottom rack and utensil holder. I’m really bummed as I just purchased this for my new place and already need to find a replacement.

Quality Product
The assembly wasn’t much at all…2 screws to place the bottom flat rack to the main rack. It took literally 2mins to assemble. I am impressed by the quality and sturdiness of the rack. The drying mat is just as it states, quick drying. It’s impressive how fast the mat dries as soon as the water hits it. It flattens and folds for storage so that’s a plus! The color of the bamboo is exactly what I wanted as well. I would 100% buy this product again!

faulty utensil cup
the rack itself is nice enough, but there’s no method for the utensil holder to attach in a level manner. just like a wonky fit, no system here, so I threw that part out. I’ve built furniture, know my way around a wood shop — trust me when I say, this utensil holder is not made to attach to this drying rack. There’s no way, in the way it comes, to have it look like the picture. The rack itself though is good, so I use it and the mat alongside a stainless Ikea utensil cup sitting on the counter.

The item is well made and good quality. It arrived in sealed packaging inside the shipping box but unfortunately the utensils holder had a crack. The sealed packaging made it confusing to determine whether it cracked while shipment. I contacted the email provided and was offered either a refund or a replacement; I chose a refund and was instead accommodated with a refund AND a replacement. I received my refund in a timely manner. I’m very thankful.
