Love Stainless Steel!
I got this pan in the mail yesterday and have already put it to use. I have used it for searing steaks and sauteing veggies with ease. I was a little worried that the handle would get too hot, but I have had no issues with it at all! This is truly a stay-cool handle. Even with the mess, this skillet wipes free of any messes. I would recommend this collection to anybody who is looking for a great stainless steel pan. Plus, it looks great in my kitchen!

Great size
Wanted a 12″ pan to replace an old pan that needed replacement. This pan so far has been great. It’s a nice large size and cleans easy. Nice heavy pan with a glass lid. A silicone spatula work great to stir as it wipes the sides easily due to the nonstick surface.

I purchased this for every day cooking. I love this pan. I love that it’s actually 12 inches (not 11). The non-stick is excellent. BUT…I would change two things, Bobby Flay. I would make the handle ergonomic and I would add a helper handle for those of us with arthritis. It is a good, heavy pan.

Comfortable & Easy to clean
The handle is very comfortable with the silicone grip. I made a large family meal in this and it was so easy to transfer out into a serving dish, just slid right off the pan. Then the cleanup was a breeze which is so nice! Highly recommend this pan.
