Great skillets
The skillets replaced non-stick skillets that contained chemicals linked to environmental dangers. My goal was to replace the offending skillets with a safer non-stick surface. So far the skillets seem perfect. The user is advised to use “some” cooking oil (not spray and not low smoke point), and using a little oil and keeping the skillets from over-heating has worked perfectly. Nothing sticks — so far — and that includes beef, eggs, sandwiches, sausages, etc. They heat evenly and have perfectly flat bottoms (no warping), which allows them to perform well with my glass stove top. Note: As the instructions indicate, you cannot use them with an induction stove top. The skillets clean easily and after a month of use the bottoms and the inside retain their “as new” color.

BETTER THAN EXPECTED
Excellent. Nothing sticks. Im picky about eggs and am trying to avoid using too much oil and been looking for perfect nonstick pan. I put just a tiny bit of oil and thats enough to have those eggs sliding easily around the pan and onto your plate. Iâve made other things on it too and have never had to do more than wet the pan and run a soft sponge over it to wipe clean.The lid is a great thing to have. Many good frying pans dont come with one at this price.The size is perfect. Heats up pretty quick. Never need on high heat and it is distributed fairly evenly in all areas.With the matte gold handle it looks beautiful too when left out on the stove. Im tempted to buy the whole set.

Great cooking surface, poor handle
This is great to cook eggs in with very little oil or butter. Great nonstick and easy to clean.But the handle is thin and cheap and cuts into your fingers when you try to pour something out of the pan.

Sold as new, arrived loose, damaged and USED – SCAM!
I bought this pan at a discount store originally, and enjoyed the non-stick. It became our go to pan. Unfortunately, if these get too hot, the non-stick is ruined and they are trash. I bought a replacement pair of pans because they are cheap, work well and last if you don’t overheat them.I bought new pans. Unfortunately, I got a halfway open box, two pans dropped loosely in the box with no packaging, no padding, and clear damage from banging into each other during shipping. When I pull the pans out, the small pan is dirty. New? I don’t think so. Amazon sold me “new” pans that were damaged and used.Pay attention, Amazon. Poorly done. This stuff will drive people back to brick and mortar stores, where we know exactly what we’re getting.

Love this pan and believe it will last longer than most
All non-stick pans, eventually, will break down or start getting scuffed up by 3 to 4 years of daily use with metal utensils (I know, I know, should use plastic or wood, but don’t like those). I had mostly bought the cheap ones (Walmart) and just replaced when starting to lose the non-stick. Finally bought a large ceramic frying pan years ago and loved it, but is showing some scratches that is not effecting the non-stick. Was wanting a smaller sauté pan that the company I bought the larger one in doesn’t make. I bought this and have to say the quality feels really great (better than larger one). Everything slides right off and easy to clean. If I remember in 5+ years, will report back how well it’s holding up.

This was a replacement and liked the new version had same great finish but somewhat lighter because the handle was hollow. Will see if there were any other reduction in material mass that will affect longevity, but so far performs as nicely as previous. Warms evenly, smoothly non-stick, cleans easily, and soft colours. Would recommend and so far would order again…
