These pants have great heat distribution.Cook evenly. Love the looks of the black and brass handles. They are very durable and scratch resistant. I use silicone utensils. Nothing seems to stick. I can brown a roast or chicken and put it in the oven to finish cooking.Very versatile. A little.On the heavy side but not too heavy better than my clad stainless steel pans.

. Sorry kids didnât clean out the sink before I noticed when videoing. I made refried beans tonight and I wanted to show you how easy cleanup was . Iâve been searching for some good pans and I think I have found it. Havenât gotten to make eggs in it yet but these are the best pans Iâm so glad I ordered it . Iâll update in a couple months after using them I just got these for Christmas.

Horrible “nonstick” cookware
These are the worst pans I have ever purchased. It seems the coating that was to aid in the nonstick surface is missing. Cooking without any oil is not an option. Even with a generous coating of oil & or butter, everything sticks, and I mean EVERYTHING! Foods that are naturally fatty, like bacon, sticks to the point of tearing the meat. Total waste of money! Nice looking set & I love all of the pieces, it’s just not nonstick. A total disappointment.

Great pans if you take care of them
These pans have been great, I’ve followed all of the care instructions (except for the sponge included which is basically a magic eraser) and never had a single problem. They take a few minutes longer to heat up than the cheap aluminum pans I had previously, but once they get hot they maintain heat really nicely and you can use much lower temperatures to cook with since they retain heat so well so I never have to cook anything above a 4 or 5 on my stove setting. Everything comes off of the ceramic coating so easily with just warm water and a soft silicone spatula. I don’t even mind having to hand wash them because they cook and clean out so well. 10/10 imo.I think maybe some of the bad reviews come from people not caring for the pans correctly- using too high of heat right off the bat/rinsing them before they’ve cooled, putting them in the dishwasher/using an abrasive sponge/brush, using spray oil, using abrasive/metal cooking tools, etc. which would damage any coated pan eventually.
