Not that good of a product. When draining clean dishes it left notable spots on it. Tried the sandpaper but it was of no use. I have flipped it over to use the other side and when that gets spots I will toss it in the garbage.

However, since it is flexible, it can be frustrating to try to whisk together heavy or thick things (like batters).Note: Silicone also tends to hold onto fats and oils more so than metal, so it’s important to make sure they’re super clean if you’re about to whip egg whites into peaks.
