Finally! This is NOT a floppy turner/spatula, and it’s nontoxic!
* Full disclosure: I worked in the food industry, so my standards are pretty high.* That said, it was daunting to replace all my older toxic (who knew?) black plastic/nylon utensils. All the silicone options I’ve tried (some from Sur la Table, some from Oxo) are just pathetic when it comes to making pan sauces in my newer (nontoxic) GreenPan ceramic pans. They BENT when trying to flip anything heavier than a small pancake, and it was impossible to scrape out the batter that accidentally went in before I added more butter. I ended up reaching for my metal spatulas and risked scratching the surface.I wasted enough money in my search and decided to try this one, which is reinforced with metal inside the silicone. This is the first one I would ever recommend, and highly, to another food professional. Don’t waste your money on anything else. This is well-made, thin enough to loosen the fond after searing meat, and easily lifts food to turn it, move it around, or serve. And I may live longer with the reduction of microplastics and carcinogens now I’ve thrown out all my old nonstick utensils!

Great Turner
This works really well. It’s a little thicker than the nylon versions but seem much better made. The nylon versions I’ve had always seem to peel, melt and shred at the thin ends (and I’ve purchased higher quality ones made in France with sadly the same issue). Hopefully this will hold up better. Time will tell but, so far, I definitely recommend it.

Quality Utensil
Thick, soft silicone with good molding at the tip making it easy to get under items.Steel core provides some heft to the turner, it’s heavier than I expected.This provides significant rigidity when lifting heavier items (far more strength than the cheap wire-thin metal turners), while also remaining flexible enough to bend and contour under pressure while turning/inserting under items easily.I don’t think there’s a lot more that can be said about a turner spatula.This checks the boxes for what I expect a good turner to do and I am fully satisfied.

Great for ceramic pan use!
My metal fish turner spatula has been one of my most used cooking utensils forever! But now that I cook with mostly ceramic pans, I haven’t been able to use it as much (since you shouldn’t use metal on ceramic). So many of my non-metal spatulas are too thick and make it hard to get under food like I want to.I’m excited that this silicone fish turner is thinner than many of my others AND it’s also rigid and not very flexible. This makes it perfect for getting under things and easy lifting.I’ve been using this A LOT lately and haven’t had any issues with it. It’s easy to use and I feel much better about using it with my pots and pans!

This is hands down the best turner for general use in air fryers and other Non-Stick cookware. It’s fully coated in silicone without any gaps, easy to keep clean, strong, and slim enough to get under food from any angle.Perfect for lifting pizza, flipping or lifting fish, burgers, or anything else. Great for mixing and stirring. Sharp front edge can be used to cut anything soft, useful when you need it.If you use an air fryer or non-stick pans frequently, this turner will quickly become one of the most used tools in your kitchen. Super versatile and very well made.

Great for my salmon
I love salmon and have it almost every day so when I saw this I figured I would pick it up. It came packaged just fine with no defects that I could see. Getting it out it is a silicone fish turner. It washes just fine and I didn’t have a problem with that. I then threw some salmon in a cast iron pan and used this to turn it. There wasn’t any warping or anything of this and it is easy on the pan. All in all, this is a great fish turner and I like using it.

One of the better spatula on the market
This spatula is big enough to flip pancakes but small enough to handle delicate items such as scallops and fish. I love that it has a large handle so it’s easier to grip, the spatula has a sharp edge to help flip items easily. Overall very content with this item and much better than the small version of similar spatula.

Steel core makes this very durable and efficient.
Always tricky to find just the right fish spatula since I don’t want to use metal in my pans, so this solves that problem while also keeping the rigidity of a steel body. The spatula is comfortable to hold and the silicone body is durable and easy to clean. It’s definitely a step up from many other silicone spatulas I have tried. The steel core is excellent. The spatula doesn’t flop or lose its hold like some do, which makes this a very nice spatula.
