Great non-stick…buy the black set.
I was in need of a new pot and stopped at target one day and picked up the 2 quart sauce pan about 2 years ago. I was really pleased with it. After 2 years, it has a couple marks on the inside from constant use. I always handwash my pots and use silicone utensils. They clean up really easily with just a sponge. I have never had anything stick to them at all. I have researched so many sets of cookware over the last year because I really wanted a new set. I got a stainless steal,, copper bottomed set,, but they aren’t built like they used to be and you have to be sovigilant so that nothing sticks. There are so many negative reviews on every single set. I was willing to spend a thousand dollars or more if I could find a life time set, but even the expensive brands had reviews that said they didn’t last. I really like nonstick…I know it doesn’t last forever. There are complaints about the colored sets of these so I probably wouldn’t buy a colored set but the black pot I bought 2 years ago looks almost brand new on the outside. The pot is black on the entire outside surface and so it never stains or fades!!! I have a pot rack so they look fantastic. I know it will probably only last 5 years or so due to the nonstick, but for a little over $100 I think it is a good deal.It comes with a 2 quart small saute pan, which I never had in my collection before and I use it so much for side dishes and veggies. It is a perfect size. The set comes with e frying pans and I didn’t read the sizes very well…the smallest one is very tiny to cook like one egg in it. I haven’t used it yet. The 1 quart pot curves in towards the bottom so the cooking surface is small so really holds nothing more than a can of soup or a sauce. I prefer a squared off bottom but i will use the larger pans more anyway and they sell the 2 quart separate so i can buy another if I need to. I like having a large pan as well so I bought a 5 quart saute pan from the same collection, for $44, separately and use it for large main dishes or bacon.They conduct heat well. I have an electric stove. and never turn it up over medium high, usually I cook on a medium heat, even to boil. The pics are of the new set and the 2 year old pot inside and out.Overall, I am very happy with the purchase. I would prefer the 1 quart to have squared bottom and to receive frying pans that are 8 inch, 10, and 12…rather than 5, 8, and 10. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Best cookware I have ever owned
I am the only one who writes reviews sometimes. I have been a professional cook. I have always relied on stainless steel or anodized aluminum professional cookware. My wife wanted to reduce her intake of PSFA’s, and I abided with her. Her opinion and research mattered to me. I had doubts, but I decided to try this cookware. I received it, and I expected it to be lightweight and cheap. I was wrong. The weight is lighter than I am used to, yet substantial enough to dispel my opinion. When I first used it, I was concerned about not being able to use high heat on the electric stove burners. Again, I needed to be corrected. The cookware heats up as suggested, distributes heat exceptionally well, and uses less energy. It took some time to trust this, but it works very well. Clean-up is the best non-stick I have ever experienced. It is a unique technology that works better than hoped. I am so impressed. I will update this review regarding durability. So far, after two months, it is as perfect as when it was brand new. I have purchased additional cookware to extend the collection. Best cookware I have ever used. I am pleasantly shocked.

Will never go back to ânon stickâ
These are the BEST pans I have ever owned! I waffled on this purchase forever and am mad I waited so long! If you follow the instructions these pans work exactly the way theyâre supposed to. Low/medium heat, donât wash til cooled off, and donât use any cooking spray (only oil or butter or nothing!). I can make fried eggs, pancakes, popcorn, fish, etc etc etc in these pans and it is perfect every time. And cleaning? I couldnât believe it. I could clean these with a paper towel if I wanted to. I actually donât mind making a big âmessyâ dinner now knowing the pots and pans are faster to clean than it takes everyone to clear their plates from the table. Donât hesitate, BUY THESEUPDATE 2/2024 – the interior of the pans have chipped a lot regardless of my using only silicone and wood utensils. I rarely wash in dishwasher. They are still easy to clean. One problem is I dropped the high side pan and it dented completely out of shape to where the lid doesnât fit. For the price I still think these are a good value and I may consider getting a replacement set. Just wish they lasted longer.

Fragile!! VERY fragile.
We’ve had these pans for a few months now and have cared for them in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and cautions. We don’t stack them, we only use wooden utensils, and we only wash them with a sponge and liquid soap, not any sort of abrasive (scotch brite, BKF, etc.). This morning I found two significant scratches/gouges in the white *NOT* ceramic coating. i know these are significantly cheaper than any high quality cookware, but it now looks like we’ll have to replace them in short order. VERY disappointing.

Well worth purchasing and great price
Needed to replace my old Cuisinart cookware because it acquired some scratches and the handles were always hot. Loving the GreenPan set and the bamboo spoons and spatulas. Nice looking, cooks great, cleans up very easily and definitely very nice nonstick pans.

I still absolutely like these pots and pans, I would love them but I removed a star because just from washing them and putting them away Iâm already seeing scratches on the outer coating. Use a dishwasher or wash them individually because just slightly knocking them together is an issue!
