    Nothing sticks to these
If I could give these an extra star, I would. These are great. I got a two pan set from Target originally. The smaller frying pan was incredible. I had to be careful making scrambled eggs not to have them slide out of the pan while I cooked them. The bigger pan I used for pancakes mostly. I took them back to Target because of the bigger frying pan. It got a build up on the side walls pretty quickly that I couldn’t get off and all just from making pancakes a few times. I was nervous because of some of the reviews I had read of people having problems with the pans, but I loved the smaller frying pan so much I bought some more individually.I now have this 8 inch pan, a 12 inch pan with a lid that I don’t see on Amazon, and a sauce pot with a lid. All are great. I have had them about 6 months. I can still pretty much clean them with nothing more than a paper towel after cooking. I do wash them very gently with soap, but in a pinch they wipe out clean with a paper towel. The big frying pan again started to get a bit of a build up on the sides after pancakes, but I read another reviewer mention Bar Keeper’s Friend cleanser. That stuff does the trick. As soon as a little stuff collects on the side that doesn’t just wipe off, I use a tiny bit of that on a wet paper towel and the pan wipes clean as new.So far, I LOVE these. I will say, thought, that they feel a bit lighter than some of my older, more expensive pans. I like the weight of some of the other pans for no other reason than they just feel good being a bit heavy. These work great though, heat up quickly, distribute the heat well, and cool off quickly.NOTE: The manufacturer does suggest NOT using oils like EVOO because of the smoke point. I love olive oil and safflower oil. I avoid using EVOO with these, but I do use it sometimes and so far haven’t had any issue. Always use an oil, though, even though it is non-stick. Cooking without an oil can ruin pans. Also, don’t use a non-stick spray on non-stick pans.As for the Bar Keeper’s Friend, I am using it based on someone else’s review. It seems to work great, but I didn’t do much research to see if it messes up the finish over time.NOTE: After several years of use and multiple Greenpan pots and pans, my extra advice is to always use oil to distribute heat evenly and do not let the pan get too hot. Excessive heat or prolonged heat on a dry pan has degraded the non-stick surface for me on a couple of pans. Up until that point, the non-stick quality is great.

    AMAZING PAN!! Nothing sticks!
Love that this pan is truly NON stick – I don’t put any grease at all in the pan to cook and NO STICKING! And this is without the dirty chemicals in other pans. Highly recommend!

    Perfect Non Stick Pan
I ordered this pan for my grandma to use when she cooks her eggs for breakfast. Her previous pan was a disaster! This pan is completely amazing! The material is great for non sticking and has been very durable so far! The pans size is quite large which makes cooking with it a lot easier. The pan is top of the line! 10/10 imo!

    Amazing pan
The best pan I’ve ever owned! Super nonstick, and super easy to clean. I use it every day for eggs and occasionally for other things, never had an issue, only had to buy a new one because the last one was accidentally ruined when it was put into water while still hot

    Very good pan- short handle
This pan is great for cooking eggs with no sticking- the best feature. I would give it five stars except the handle is short by 2 inches. The first time I used it the handle was hot closer to the pan. There is not enough space if you have large hands. My old pan had a longer handle.

Three and a half years of daily use
UPDATE: I’ve now had this pan for 3.5 years–using it once or twice daily nearly every day, and it’s finally time to buy a new one. The non-stickiness has degraded juuust past the point where an extra-hard scrub can fix it. This is my breakfast-eggs pan (so non-stick is crucial!), and it now requires a bit of an extra coupla scrapes with a spatula to release the eggs … which is honestly still completely serviceable! I will still use the old pan for plenty of things. Anyhow, I’d call that a pretty long lifespan for a non-stick. Still five stars!ORIGINAL POST:I loved this pan so much, I bought a second in the larger size. But I’ll talk about the smaller one because it gets way more abuse. I don’t know what people are doing to this pan, but I’ve used it daily (sometimes twice a day) for the entirety of the pandemic, and near-daily before that — cooking eggs almost exclusively, at low heat AND high heat — and it hasn’t lost its non-stick capabilities. Perhaps people are not cooking, like, normally? If you don’t want to use any cooking fat at all, that might cause problems. Ditto if you’re constantly burning your food (which would lead to more stubborn polymerization). But if you don’t have any super-power requirements, this pan is great.Few things I’ve noticed:1. Butter does a much better job than oil at coating the pan (oil likes to pool together in little islands), which does sometimes mean there’s a tad more sticking with oil where it doesn’t quite get under the food (but no more than a little nudge with a fork can fix). I like a butter/oil combo, personally.2. I always wash this in the dishwasher, but I’ve noticed that after a few weeks of high-heat cooking, I sometimes need to give it an extra hard scrub with a sponge to get any bits of lingering polymerization off, which completely restores any lost non-stick-ness.3. I don’t care about this, but I always wipe the butter knife on the same part of the pan, which, over the years, has worn away the coating in that particular place. The underside of the pan has also become pretty unsightly–stained and patchy. None of this affects its performance, however.

This is the best non stick pan i have ever used. The best feature is it does not alter the taste of food when reheating. Excellent product.
