Just what I wanted
I already had a very small GreenPan frying pan but needed something larger that was of the same quality and with a ceramic coating. This is perfect. I choose to hand wash it. It washes up so easily.I purchased a separate lid that gives me all the versatility of my larger fry pan but makes it easier for cooking smaller portions.Highly recommend.

Only use non-stick pans. Now that we know Teflon type coatings are bad for us and the environment, these GreenPan ceramic non-stick skillets are great. My husband and sons clean up after themselves in the kitchen just fine, but if it’s something that is ‘fussy’ for cleaning maintenance, forget it…they won’t ‘follow the care instructions’. So this brand fits the bill in my household. No weird toxins in it, easy and no fuss clean up and they last a decent amount of time for the price. Can’t pull the trigger on all the high end cookware out there these days. Thankfully there are reasonably priced brands like this one that are still safe to use. Will repurchase.

It really works!
I couldnât believe this actually worked! Iâve been using T-Fal pans for quite some time, but I read about scratches being unsafe (folks who lived with me did not use silicone utensils), so I threw out my favorite pan. This is the perfect size for an omelette and it was delicious!

Go-to pan
This pan is so good my husband (who likes to make his own breakfast) practically fight over it. I need to buy another just so we each can have one. It heats fast and will even caramelize onions if you cook them long enough. Eggs slip right out when done. We’re dedicated to using only silicone utensils to turn/stir food. Don’t know how long this surface will last until I see chips, but it’s sure a breeze to clean. A little soapy water and a dobie does it.

Donât get me wrong, itâs a good pan but if you read the directions, it says to always use oil, not cooking spray. To never use the scrub side of the sponge when cleaning and to always use plastic or wood utensils when cooking in this pan. The pan coating may be healthier but I think this pan is comparable to any other on the market that cost less.

Wife loves the pan
It has only been a few weeks, but my wife is very happy with the pan. It is holding up very well and eggs and other foods are slipping right off. We were tired of our old sticking pans and this was a good deal.
