Great product, Great price
Had these 2 pans now for a while and they have been a welcomed addition to my kitchen. Omelettes to fried eggs in the small pan to fish and chicken in the large. I have NOT been disappointed and super easy to clean.

Still outstanding more than a year later!
After a long awaited kitchen remodel, I treated myself to these new pans in December 2021. It is now April 2023 and I am writing this review about a product that is now very well tried and wonderfully true. They are the best frying pans I have ever owned, and more than a year later, they look and perform like brand new. Perfect surface. Nothing ever sticks, including eggs. These are fantastic.I will also add, these pans are extremely well cared for. They never go in the dishwasher (no big deal since clean up is sooo easy with this surface!). They are never subject to cooking spray. I do use olive oil, sesame oil, avocado oil, and butter when needed, but never an aerosol spray. They are also never used above medium heat, and no metal utensils ever get used with them. Some family members have received mild, slightly veiled threats about consequences if they break the rules for my pans. 🙂 The positive result is that these pans continue to be fantastic, pristine tools of the trade in my kitchen.

I like GreenPan because it’s non-toxic, but it was time to replace the ones I had. They were no longer non-stick, and the white interior was stained and marked.What I love about these: not toxic like Teflon and such, black color inside and outside, food has been sliding off like a charm, light weight, perfect sizes, on sale for a reasonable price.Hopefully they will last and continue to perform similarly for a long time.

Working Great So Far!
I switched to ceramic pans for health reasons. I don’t want to feed my kids PFOAs and I don’t trust any sort of Teflon. Fool me once but not twice. These pans, so far, are working GREAT. Super slippery as long as you follow the instructions. I’ve learned to use a lower heat setting while cooking – a good oil – and clean them without using anything scratchy (and only use silicon utensils). Small price to pay to ensure your kids morning eggs are PFOA free. Great pans.

Well made, even heating, slick coating that hopefully holds up over time
So far I have been impressed with these pans compared to alternative non-stick. Unlike thinner pans, these heat evenly and quickly keeping you under the medium zone for most tasks, which is good. Cooking eggs almost every day for a month and cleaning by hand, no scratches and no sticking so far anywhere, including the sides of the pan.The handles feel good and stay cool for normal cooking tasks. The coating is consistent and covers without any aberrations. Most nonstick lasts 6 months to a year with everyday use, time will tell on these.Technique and care are important, remember that when you evaluate cookware and the reviews.Added. After 4 months of almost daily use, eggs still slip off and nothing sticks. No chipping, peeling, or issues with the coating in the pans. The bottom has some wear from the cooktop but not a big deal.1 year update. Pan no longer slick, eggs stick at any heat level. Not bad for a daily use pan.

These are very good cooking pans. Cooks effectively with lower heat, specifically medium temperature. Easy to clean. This two-piece set goes well with a single pan I had purchased earlier. No stick is excellent making cleaning an ease. Highly recommend.

I think this might be my first review ever on Amazon, but Iâm so frustrated with these pans I need to say something and hopefully someone considering these pans will read it before purchasing. Let me be clear on this review. They are the WORST nonstick pans I have ever used. Do NOT believe the initial high reviews after people receive them and write a review within the first month.I have pan protectors between each pan. I never use abrasive cleaners. I only use medium heat on my electric (glass) stove. I never change their temperature quickly with water and I always let them cool down slowly. I use the recommended amount of oil (olive and/or vegetable) and occasionally butter. And my burners are the exact size of the bottom pans. I have done everything right and these pans are garbage.1. You will burn your hands because the handles DANGEROUSLY heat up. I have received burns that blister by simply grabbing the handle like normal that would be safe for any other pan.2. You can NOT make pancakes or fried/sunny-side up/over-easy eggs on them. They WILL STICK.And cleaning them is more difficult than cleaning steel pans because you canât use abrasive cleaning supplies. In all of my adult life, these pans are the WORST I have ever used. After this morningâs last failed attempt at making eggs and pancakes, I threw them in the garbage. Iâm done. No more.Hopefully this was helpful.

The pans are sturdy but it seems like everything sticks or burns. Very difficult to cook eggs over easy unless you use a lot of oil.

Missleading claims, I was excited to get these pans -bought 2), but they weren’t non-stick for long, maybe a months use in total (not used often). Always hand washed and looked after. always used low heat too. Makes a mess of eggs too . Very Disappointing .
