So easy to clean
Nice and wide, easily holds a large turkey, and no more scrubbing the roasting pan, it practically swishes clean. The drippings didn’t brown as dark as with my old calphalon pan, but there was still plenty of flavor for the gravy and I didn’t have to spend 15 or 20 minutes getting the pan and rack clean. So I’m a happy camper, love this and all my other GreenPan purchases.

I am in LOVE!
Wow! This pan is unbelievable. I cook (from scratch) 3 meals a day. This pan takes me through it all. I have never had such a GREAT experience with a pan before. Almost everything gets cooked in here. Almost no spatters (due to high walls) and super easy/quick cleanup. This has saved me so much time too – I cook double batches at one time (whether meat or veggies) and freeze the other half. I cooked 10 or 11 hamburgers in here the other day. It is completely non-stick! There are so many other benefits it makes me smile in the kitchen again. My MIL (who does the dishes) just said that I use the pan at least twice a day and how it is the easiest pan she ever cleaned. It is a little heavy – but not too much and you can touch both handles without potholders which stabilizes things. That is the only “negative” but it isn’t even bad.Lastly – I no longer cook on the highest (gas) setting. Medium-high is the highest. It is said to extend the life of the pan. I am on month 4 now of heavy use and it still works like brand new

Beautiful pan, great value.
I bought this pan after exhaustive research on the best and most affordable cookware with a nonstick toxin free coating. Before I purchased a whole set, I thought I’d buy one pan and take it for a spin. I use a 5 quart sauté pan several times a week to cook for my large family and this one fits the bill.It arrived quickly and well packaged. It’s a gorgeous piece of cookware.I tried it for the first time with the ultimate test … eggs. With just a tiny dollop of butter and not even on medium heat I quickly and evenly cooked over easy eggs. They did not stick and even finished with those wonderful crispy edges. The pan is stable on my ceramic cooktop and seemed to heat faster than my standard old cookware.Cleaning was a breeze. A soft sponge and a quick soapy rinse.I am definitely going to buy the whole set now. I can’t wait to start cooking with out the worry of chemicals leaching into our food.

Love this pan.
I use this pan to fry 6 chicken thighs. It requires very little oil and the chicken tastes crispy and delicious. The cleanup is so easy and nothing sticks. I highly recommend.

Best. pan. ever.
Y’all. This pan.Words fall short, I can’t even tell you. Seriously, I feel like I’ve been asked to review a friend.I love this pan so much.First thing I cooked: a fried egg. Slid right off. SLID off. Not an exaggeration.I’ve fried chicken in this (not deep fry; just a little bit of oil, plenty touching the pan). No stick. None.I pan-seared fish. FISH! You ever cooked fish in a pan before?? Half the fish sticks to the pan! But not this pan, oh no! Picked that sucker up, and not a single bit stuck to the pan AT ALL!As for cleaning, I could use soap and my bare hand if I wanted to, because this sucker is practically clean going into the sink anyway.I love this pan so much that I’m legit starting a series on Tik Tok in which I promote products I love like I’ve been paid to, JUST so I can talk about THIS PAN.Best $70-something I’ve ever spent. Probably not really, but definitely in the top 20.

Great product but can easily be scratched
Light weight nonstick pan for people concerned about chemicals in pans. We rate the durability low because it can easily be scratched up unlike some other brands.

We are using it for half a year now and it is going strong.
We are using the pan all the time. The only reason why I don’t post a photo of it is because it is in the sink because we used it yesterday. It has one little nick in its coating because my wife dropped an knife in it. Other than that the coating is holding up fine.We are trying our best to use plastic or wood utensils in it but from time to time steel is touching the pan as well. As mentioned above the coating doesn’t mind except you do crazy stuff like my wife.

Such easy cleanup, and my cooking has improved immensely
I am amazed how much easier it is to cook with this pan. I had one of these three years ago, but it started getting scratched up so this time Iâm not allowing anything but rubber or wood utensils. I am also not allowing them to be washed in the dishwasher. The cleanup on these is so easy itâs ridiculous. Nothing sticks to the pan. Follow the directions and use low heat and your food will cook so much better. Iâm also not using cooking spice with this pan. I made chicken fried steak the other night and the crust was a perfect light brown. It was delicious.

Was at first very happy believing this would be the end of our years of search for a safe, durable, good looking, perfectly sized cooking pan for everyday use. Unfortunately we were wrong. We had learned lessons from our non-stick pans that failed in the past, and cared for this GreenPan like it’s the boss of our kitchen: only cleaned by hand with a soft cloth, never any cold water while still hot, tried our best to avoid overheating. Despite much effort, the ceramic non-stick coating is starting to fail only into about 6 months of our ownership. A small part in the center started to discolor, and recently that area is no longer non-stick. I would not have felt so dissapointed had it been one of those $9.99 pans. Remember it is not cheap. Thought we would share this in case you’re like us looking for the next non-stick pan. We’ll probably stop dreaming about the everlasting coating and move onto non-coated ones.

This is my 2nd Green Pan after the first lasted nearly 15 years. With time and technology, Iâm even happier with this purchase: nothing sticks, heats evenly, and cleans with a drop of soap and a rinse. Itâs sustainably made and non-toxic. The only pots and pans Iâll be buying going forward!
