These pans are beautiful and functional. Everything I’ve tried so far has cooked very well and cleanup is extremely easy. Everything just slides right off. The only sad thing is that they do scratch, so when I’ve placed them on my gas range grills they’ve scratched up the bottoms, but that is to be expected. Net, don’t use metal utensils on the cooking surface!

Excellent pan for roasting vegetables / baking
After breaking my stoneware baking/roasting sheet that I’d had for 30-some years, I was dismayed at the cost of replacing it. This was a perfect, cost-effective replacement. Plenty big for roasting lots of vegetables, baking cookies, or even drying kale for kale chips. The non-stick ceramic surface is easy to clean and should hold up well if one takes a little care with utensils and hand-washes only. All in all, I like it very much and may replace some other, old aluminum baking sheets with other sizes of this GreenLife sheet.

Love these
I do love these pans, but they are a bit fragile. First, once I read some of the FAQs and learned you could clean them with a Magic Eraser sponge, they are much easier to get clean. The food does not stick, but oil does. It says not to use extra virgin olive oil or cooking sprays, so I use Avocado, but even that tends to leave a film. My bigger concern is that they are really, really easily scratched. I only use wooden or silicone utensils and hand wash them, but I still have nicks and scratches. I cannot figure out where they are coming from. According to what I’ve read, unlike Teflon coated pans, they are still safe to use even if the coating has been scratched. Even if it sounds like I am complaining, I would buy them again. (In fact, I also have the cake pans.)

Bends in the oven at 350°F and Customer Support is Non Existent
Absolutely do NOT recommend this pan. It’s one thing for an item to be defective, but it’s another for a company to not respond when you reach out to them the ONLY way they let you.So I bought this pan in mid July and received it on 12 July. Since then, it has started having paint peeling off the bottom and rust under the edges on the side. I have been hand washing the pan and it doesn’t sit in water nor have I been scraping it across the top of my electric stove. It also has been twisting and no longer lays flat in the oven. I added a picture of chicken breast I was cooking at 350°F.I reached out to Greenlife via their customer service email on 4 Oct with no response. I followed up again 10 days later and still haven’t heard anything.

I’ve only used once, so far. For the price I wasn’t sure it would hold up to baked meatballs. So far, it is well exceeding expectations. Good quality & nice looking.

Not a durable piece of cookware
I have only had this product a little over a month, I may have used it five times, there is already chipping on the rim, and on the bottom of the pan. I’ve always hand washed it with a gentle sponge, never place it in the dishwasher. I really thought it was going to be a bit more durable. I do like the size and the sturdiness of the pan, I just wish it would have held up better. I’m already hesitant to cook with it, not sure what materials will be released in the parts that are chipping.

Easy cleanup
Love it use it for everything I bake cookies with it. I put parchment paper on it and you pork chops. I even put pizza on it and cook it. Itâs wonderful, easy cleanup, basic and it has made my life so much easier.

Pans are an attractive colour and a marked improvement over the old tired black enamel ones I was using. The non stick coating has stood up so far after a dozen uses.

Such a shame as Iâd love to like these (non toxic and clearly solid body) but the coating just flakes off at the slightest touch. Even using plastic utensils very gently scratches them, sometimes itâs even coming off on the food. Several teams arrived already scratched. If you can fix the coating to not come off then these would be ideal. Unfortunately theyâre all unusable for me.

Esta bandeja es de muy buena calidad, simplemente la mejor que he usado, la he comparado con bandejas de aluminio y nada que ver. Mi bandeja GreenLife es mas pesada que el resto, ofrece mucho mejor cocción, mas uniforme y es preciosa, además viene en su propia caja, algo que celebro pues esto evita que llegue dañada. Tengo mas accesorios de esta marca y me encantan, por eso recomiendo ampliamente GreenLife, se nota que cuidan los detalles y realmente enamoran. La razón por la que le doy 4 estrellas es porque el acabado de abajo (lo de color lavanda) se raya con mucha facilidad, por eso hay que tener cuidado cuando se utiliza, pero ya cuando menos acuerdas ya se rayo. Quisiera que la pintura fuera de mejor calidad y no se rayara tan fácilmente, por lo demás es una maravilla.
