Fantastic Lightweight Dutch Oven
My first time baking bread and it was delicious!! Love this lightweight pan! I canât lift the heavy cast iron ones but this one is so easy.I would recommend it to anyone looking for a lightweight Dutch oven. I donât think many companies make them, so this was a great find. I looked for a dutch oven for a long time, but they were always waaaaay too heavy. This one is perfect!While lightweight, it does a superb job. I primarily use it for making dutch oven bread, but it is equally useful as a stove-top pot for anything.

I make no knead bread and have been using a 2 ton cast iron dutch oven. I thought I’d give this a try and it’s fabulous. I bought one for my grandson, too. The cast iron is great but so darn heavy. Our bread comes out beautiful!

Just opened and used for the first time. It is a beautiful pot. Very easy to clean but I just cooked ground beef only. Caution: handles are very hot. I used silicone gloves to pick up the pot. I am probably going to purchase silicone handle covers. All in all it’s a good pot. I will update after I make rice in it as I need a very tight lid. Update. Rice turns out perfect!

It bakes a wonderful loaf of bread, and also does beans and stew well.. Heats evenly, is a good size. I didn’t want a cast iron one because they’re too heavy for my arthritic hands; but i think this one does the job of a much heavier and much more expensive pan.
