Fantastic replacement for Teflon
My doctor said I had to remove all toxins from my house, so I needed to replace my set of Teflon cookware. This set is perfect. It looks lovely and cooks all kinds of food without sticking. The utensils that come with the pots and pans are nylon (not silicone), and theyâre supposed to be nontoxic up to 500 degrees. The lids fit snugly. Iâm super happy with this purchase.

The lids have strainers
So much to love about this set, first off they havenât scratched, and they feel durable. They also look amazing, as I love the gold features. But the feature that I love the most are the lids! The lids for the pots have holes to strain liquids, eliminating the use of a strainer. Itâs nice having one less thing to wash.

These pans are absolutely beautify and definitely worth the price in my opinion. Theyâre so easy to clean! They are semi-heavy like cast iron but not difficult to maintain. They heat evenly and I feel like theyâre great quality. Iâve been cooking at home since theyâve been delivered.

Scratches very easily
I bought these as a gift for my girlfriend. The pans we used so far all scratched after first use. Between use wash and dry they are already scratched. Very disappointed they appear to be great product but so far we have had bad experience.

Love these pans. I don’t use spray or butter on them & nothing sticks. Follow directions about not washing them while they are hot. Directions say they can discolor if you do that. I love washing them !

Food just wonât stick on these pans, hot water is pretty much all you need to clean up, using soap is basically to kill any germs or bacteria. Oil isnât needed but I still use for flavor. Iâve done eggs, pasta, mash potato, and steak, and theyâve impressed me every time. 100% recommend. They even look stunning, would display them if I had a rack for the set.

Not quite what I thought
I have to admit the black and gold combination on these pans was part of what attracted me. I also was interested in the several layers of non-stick surface. Strangely the surface is rougher than what I imagined, but does feel thick. I noticed when I was washing them, water just beads and runs off both the inside and outside which I took as a good sign.I made up some spaghetti sauce and meatballs in the saucepan to try it out. The pan took longer than my cheaper aluminum pans to warm up, but once it did, it held temperature and I was able to turn the burner down to the lowest setting to maintain and the sauce was cooked through. For anyone wondering, these pans do work on an induction cooktop. The glass covers are especially nice fitted with both large and small holes to strain water, grease etc.. When moving the sauce to a bowl, I was surprised by how quickly it poured out of the saucepan and didn’t stick. Even after leaving the pan for hours on the counter and coming back to dried on, sticky tomato sauce, clean up was a breeze. I just added some water and soap and it came off with a sponge. No soaking required.The only issues I have with this set is it states on this page the smallest sauce pan is one and a half quart. It’s actually only a one quart sauce pan which is too small even for a single person. And the twelve inch fry pan should have taller sides so it could do double duty as a saute pan which is the one piece sorely lacking here. Change these things and this would be a five star set of cookware.
